You can take this assessment and sessions at any point in your relationship. PREPARE/ENRICH is a customised couple assessment completed online that identifies a couple's strength and growth areas. It is one of the most widely used programs for premarital counselling and premarital education and is also used for marriage counselling, marriage enrichment, and dating couples considering engagement. Based on a couple's assessment results I will provide 2-3 feedback sessions in which we discuss and understand the results and work through some tools and strategies to strengthen your relationship and communication skills.
