Yoga

I was initially drawn to yoga to move and sweat through Asana and the challenge of tying my body in knots. Whilst studying my Masters of Counselling and 200 hr YTT with Power Living I began to see the parallel between yoga philosophy and therapy and discovered the power of the body and mind in the healing process. I use the time on the mat to feel and breathe through life's challenges. Encouraging my students and clients to move from mental health to mental wealth by utilising the skills obtained from the practice and harnessing the power of community to support them along the way
